Dear Climapur customer,
I am pleased to send you our first edition of the Climapur Comfort Report. We’re bringing you this newsletter just in time for winter and we hope that you will enjoy reading it. Your home comfort is our priority and so you will find many helpful tips on how to properly maintain your equipment, ensuring that you get the most from your heating system this season. We’ve also included a whole section on rebates and tax credits available to you when you upgrade your equipment or renovate your home, so that you can take advantage of them before the programs come to an end.
Climapur Systems has always cared for the environment and provided environmentally-friendly options for its customers. We are very pleased to announce that we are now able to offer our customers green energy. We have partnered up with Next Energy to bring you geothermal systems for your home. Geothermal energy is an environmentally-friendly and sustainable form of energy, using the earth to heat and cool your home. A helping hand during hard times
Times are tough these days, with the recession hitting home for many of us. As part of Canada’s Economic Action Plan, you could save up to 1350$ on home improvements if they are done before March 31, 2012. The Home Renovation Tax Credit is a federal non-refundable tax credit for improvements to your house, condo or cottage. There are many eligible expenses, such as purchasing a new heating and ventilation system for your home. Keep all your receipts, and you’ll be able to take advantage of these tax credits on your 2011-2012 income tax return. For more information, visit www.actionplan.gc.ca
